Okay, so passive income is where it’s at. Clearly, it will allow you to scale things out and make far more money. But it doesn’t happen quickly. However, most people don’t have the upfront investments to get things off the ground when it comes to areas such as real estate, dividends from stocks or ATM and vending machines. For that reason, they need to turn to digital avenues for income generation.

I also participate in online surveys through the following websites, that work in the US and internationally (I use them all and I'm based in Brazil, for example) - Opinion Bureau, Myiyo, and Green Panthera. All of them have a variety of surveys and pay well. All you need to make money is to have 20 min or so to answer a few questions every day/week and have an active Paypal account so you can cash out.
The first follows the startup path we outlined above: You have a disruptive idea for an app or piece of software, you validate the idea with real customers, and then raise money to hire developers or a development studio to build, launch, and scale your software. If you’ve done everything right, your software will be accepted to the Apple and Google Stores and you’ll make money every time someone downloads it or pays for a premium feature.

Create a killer course experience: With your course validated and in the works, you need to figure out how people will take it. Most course creators choose to host their courses from their own websites. This way, they get all the value of bringing customers back to their site on a regular basis. I host my own courses from a subdomain on my own site so I can easily add more. The course experience is incredibly important as well. And after trying most of the solutions, I highly recommend Teachable—an online platform designed specifically for courses.


After reading this book, and talking to a couple of programmers, I get the idea that its just a way to try use shortcuts as opposed to really learn what you are doing. One friend, a former programmer who now does freelance, said most of the messes she straightens out for people come from people who try to do their own work without actually having to learn coding. That is what this manual encourages you to do
Here’s a good example of how lead sales can work in real life: My second website, Life Insurance by Jeff, brings in a ton of traffic from people who are searching the web to find answers to life insurance questions. While I used to have the website set up so I could sell these people life insurance myself, it was a lot of work to process all the different requests and clients. As a result, I started selling the leads I gathered instead.
